The Acorn-fed Iberian Ham comes from the posterior limbs of free-range Iberian pigs fed with acorns and natural grass during the montanera time in the grassland.
Our Acorn-fed Iberian Hams are made by experts following handmade traditional procedures. In addition, they are cured in a totally natural and slow way in the famous serrano village of Jabugo*, whose special weather provides an exceptional quality and an exquisite flavour, making of our hams unique pieces of the maximum quality, well-known and much appreciated in the whole world.
With a minimum curing of 34 months in our natural curing room, our Acorn-fed Iberian Hams are selected by the Ham Master at its optimal quality and curing point.
All our hams are certified in accordance with the Quality Standard of “Ibérico” provided by Certicalidad.

Great iberian ham
I love spanish iberian ham, and this brand is one of my favorites. I bought one piece last week that I opened yesterday. It was amazing. One of the best I´ve ever tried. Congratulations.
