The Acorn-fed Iberian Loin is made with the loin obtained from range-free Iberian pigs fed with acorns and natural grass during the montanheira time in the grassland. Our loins are made following the improved recipe passed from one generation to another within this centenarian company. The fat infiltration provides a juicy and soft texture, as well as a nice and intense aroma, which make of our Acorn-fed Iberian Loin a high-quality product.

El lomo ibérico de bellota nos ha encantado. Compramos uno y duró en casa tres días. Estaba exquisito, muy veteado y muy jugoso. Repitiremos seguro.
