Coming from the anterior limbs of Iberian pigs of our own herd, our Iberian Cebo Shoulders are made by experts following handmade traditional procedures.
Its slow and long curing in noth-western highlands of Andalusia, cradle of the best Iberian Ham in the world, whose unique weather conditions contribute to a special curing, provides the shoulder with its own aroma, taste and personality, guaranteeing our pieces have an exquisite bouquet and an exceptional quality.
Its minimum curing is of 14 months in our natural curing room, and its weight ranges from 4.75 to 5.75kg.
All our Iberian Shoulders are certified in accordance with the Quality Standard of “Ibérico” provided by Certicalidad.
