Cold meat of exceptional quality made with loin from the Iberian pork. Thanks to its long curing and its homemade production by our Meat Master, it presents a high quality and an exquisite flavour. The ideal way to eat it is as a sliced appetiser in which you will be able to enjoy its exceptional quality and its juicy texture (due to its Iberian composition) at any time.
“The Iberian Serrana Morcilla is a cold meat, eaten at room temperature, whose visual appearance is natural, nice and lustrous. When cutting it, you will realised its aroma, which is fragrant and suggestive, and its bouquet, which is fine, intense and spiced. In mouth, round succulence, fatty bite, juicy and tasty fleshiness, with plenty of spiced flavours, with appreciable paprika, a bit of oregano, and garlic and blood combined in a harmonious balance.
Quality meat and fat melted in mouth with a nice end, whose juiciness is very intense. Furthermore, its aftertaste is fine, clear and astringency-free, persistent, sweet and acid combined in a pleasant memory”.

Una morcilla ibérica con un sabor exquisito y a muy buen precio. La recomiendo. En Jabugo no encontré mejor producto, me lo dieron en un restaurante y ahora lo compro siempre.
