Like the Extra Chorizo “Sarta”, the Spicy Iberian Chorizo “Sarta” is also made with Iberian pork loin seasoned with natural exotic spices.
It is perfect for cooking, for cooking with wine, for stews and arroces, etc., as it will add flavour due to its special seasoning, curing and composition. You will enjoy it regardless the way you eat it.

Proper temperature: Between 22 and 24ºC. We recommend it to be eaten cooked or as an ingredient in stews.
Ingredients: Iberian Pork Loin and bacon, smoked paprika, garlic, salt, sugars, dextrin, spices, stabilisers E-450i and E-451i, antioxidant E-316, preservatives E-250 and E-252, and colorant E-120.
