Packed Cooked Morcilla
Our famous cooked morcilla is elaborated following the same centenarian recipe that the brand founder designed more than one century ago and which has been passed from one generation to another over time. Our famous cooked morcilla, which so much fame has provided to this company, known since then as "Morcilla de Martinillo" due to José Martín’s nickname, the founder of the company, is made with Iberian ingredients of high quality that provide its exquisite flavour. It can be eaten cooked in a traditional stew (cocido, lentejas...) or without cooking as an appetiser.
