The Gran Reserve Acorn-fed Iberian Chorizo “Cular” is a product of exceptional quality made with select loins from free-range Iberian pigs naturally fed with acorns and natural grass during the montanheira time in the grassland. This Acorn-fed Iberian chorizo is stuffed in natural casings made from intestines and cured for a long period, fact which guarantees its exquisite and unique flavour.
The Gran Reserve Acorn-fed Iberian Chorizo “Cular” is a product of exceptional quality, full of touches and intensity which make it ideal to enjoy it as an appetiser without anything more than a glass of good wine. We recommend eating it at a temperature between 22 and 24ºC, at which you will appreciate best its taste, aroma and quality.
